Drew Cunningham and D. Chanslor Gallenstein serve as staffers at the Transylvania University Writing Center. Cunningham is a junior philosophy major from Portsmouth, Ohio. He has been involved with music since the age of twelve and has an affinity for musical theater. This summer, Drew will be participating in the Yale Summer Bioethics Institute.
Gallenstein is a twenty-year-old junior at Transylvania University, where he studies Philosophy, Politics and Economics along with vocal music. Some of his most recent roles include Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Prince Charming in Cinderella, Carl-Magnus in A Little Night Music, and a soloist in Thy Will Be Done. Gallenstein has also been featured as a soloist at St. Patrick’s Church in Maysville, Kentucky, The Cathedral of Christ the King in Lexington, and is a member of the Lexington Chamber Chorale. Last year, he won Transylvania University’s annual Concerto-Aria competition. Both Cunningham and Gallenstein are members of Transylvania Boys A Cappella.
